This Trophy / Achievement is really easy if you know what to do. Otherwise the alarm would start as soon as you try to open the safe. Make sure to disable the automatic alarm system. There are only 3 guards but they are easy to kill. Just follow this walkthrough and do what I did.
This Trophy / Achievement sounds harder than it really is. Just wait there for a while till the husband leaves and talk to the woman.
On your way to Joe’s apartment you’ll see this couple trying to repair the car. This Trophy / Achievement can only be earned here and is easy to miss. In Chapter 2 (Home Sweet Home) right after your first fight you will be there where the video starts.
